Pro Heel to Toe Shipping Policy

DISCLAIMER: Once your order leaves our facility, it is in the hands of the shipping carrier (USPS or UPS). *Pro Heel to Toe* is not responsible for any shipping issues, including delivery delays, lost packages, or items damaged in transit. We do not have control over how these carriers operate, nor do we have access to special privileges or inside information regarding your shipment. 

Please note:
- We are only able to provide the same tracking information you receive, and we cannot alter, manage, or expedite the handling of packages once they have been picked up by the carrier from our facility.
- For assistance with locating or addressing issues related to your shipment, please contact the carrier directly, as they are best equipped to handle such concerns.

If you receive a product that is damaged upon arrival, please email us at popnailsupply@gmail.com, with photos of the damaged product and its packaging, and we will assist you in resolving the issue.


Pro Heel to Toe Domestic Shipping Policy

Disclaimer: Once your shipment leaves our hands, we no longer have control over how long it will take to reach you. Please refer to your tracking email for status updates.

Pro Heel to Toe is NOT responsible for lost or mis-delivered orders due to incorrect shipping addresses. Please ensure your shipping address is correct before completing your purchase.

Shipment Processing Time  
- All orders are processed within 1-5 business days.

  
Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. Please note that selecting fast shipping (Priority Mail or UPS) will not expedite the order processing time.  
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional time for delivery.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates 
- Shipping charges are calculated and displayed at checkout.
- Rates are subject to change without notice.  
- Delivery delays can occasionally occur.  
- We do not ship to P.O. boxes or APO/FPO addresses.  
Pro Heel to Toe ships ONLY to addresses within the U.S., U.S. Territories.

Free Shipping  
Due to increased shipping costs, free shipping is only available within the U.S. for orders over $250.

Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking  
You will receive a shipment confirmation email with a tracking number once your order has shipped. The tracking number will become active within 24 hours.

Important Notes:  
1. We are not responsible for delays if the package is not delivered within guaranteed shipping times, as it may take 8-10 business days to process an order. We are not liable for USPS guarantees. If your item is delayed, please contact USPS at 1.800.ASK.USPS.  
2. All shipments include a tracking number. If the tracking information confirms that the item has been delivered to the address you provided, but you have not received your package, please contact USPS to investigate. Pro Heel to Toe cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered to the provided address.  
3. We can only file a missing mail claim if you provide a letter from USPS confirming non-delivery or a police report in case of theft.

Damages
If your order arrives damaged, please contact us immediately. Be sure to save all packaging materials and damaged goods before reaching out to resolve the issue.
