Returns and Exchanges
At Pro Heel to Toe, we do not accept returns or exchanges on Foot Mousse, Scrub, Soak, Toe Tincture, Efile Bits, or any other products, brushes, or tools. Due to the nature of the items we sell, which are cosmetic and personal care products, we are unable to accept returns or process exchanges for these items.
Refunds for Damaged or Defective Products
Refunds may be issued for items that arrive damaged or defective. If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us immediately. Once the item has been returned to us, we will process a refund in the same manner that the payment was received.
Refunds for Other Reasons
In the case of other refund requests, such as packages returned due to an incorrect shipping address provided at checkout, accidental purchases of multiple items, or similar issues, a refund will be issued minus the shipping costs.
